A true transformation. An unliveable flat was turned into a quirky home.

We were basically given an area on two floors. We had to replan and rethink the space which initially had to be turned into a two bedroom flat.

We established a kitchen and an open plan living/dining area on the ground floor as well as a powder room. The stairs to the first floor were turned round in order to give away space to form a bathroom on the first floor. It was challenging and fun to create a living space out of an unimaginable area.

We would never have bought this flat without “The Ruum” committing to take on the project.
